Shipping
Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your downloadable software purchase key. Purchases of downloadable software are not automated.
Orders of in-stock items will ship on the next available shipping day (shipping days are Monday thru Friday) after full payment is received and cleared. Since most out-of-stock items are available within a few business days, in the event that one or more items are not currently in stock, the entire order will be held until all items are in stock and can be shipped. If you would like items shipped as they become available, please contact us (Note: additional shipping charges may apply for orders shipped as available).
Packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) method specified during checkout. Shipping charges are based on actual shipping charges plus a $1.00 handling fee. To prevent delays, please provide a street address for shipping.
Upon delivery of your items please examine the packaging closely and note any damage to the packaging or products before signing for the items.
Other defects or damages should be immediately registered with customer service. Posters4Art.com will work with you to repair or replace any items that arrive damaged to your home. You must contact Posters4Art.com within 7 days of receiving items to report any damage.
Returns
Posters4Art.com strives for accuracy. In the event an error occurs at the fault of Exemplar Games, we will cover return shipping fees. Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless damaged or defective.
You may return items damaged in transit within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange for the same product. All refunds will be issued to the same card used to make the purchase.
